The GU80 arrived. I hope they don’t kill me.

The GU80 arrived.

I hope that they don’t kill me.

Speaking of the kill … Ideas as to a nice circuit in which I can make good use of them, anybody ?

An SE perhaps ?   Suggestions as to schematic and topology – kindly welcome.

To start off with, I have an almost completed PS with up to 1800 V DC, and a somewhat lower voltage of 900 V DC.

Optionally, I could derive 600 V by means of a choke front loaded filter.

It would be also perfectly possible to obtain 3600 V DC from the PS setup, after some minor rewiring.

Any ideas ?

Cheers,

Ziggy.
